Hi Esther. My name is Cathey Stamps and I was referred to you by Mark Musselman. I am a recent transplant to Denver from Nashville via Chicago and have been a professional player most of my life. I produce, write, play a little guitar and sing back-up, but I primarily get paid to play percussion. People I’ve worked with include Mindy Smith, Mary Gauthier, Cheley Tackett, Jonell Mosser, Steff Mahan, Halcyon and MANY more – mostly singer/songwriter and acoustic rock/pop acts on thou southeast and midwest circuits, though I enjoy playing alongside a drummer in a band situation, too. Mark played some of your stuff for me and I totally loved it. it is right in line with the kind of performers I enjoy backing. I’m reaching out to you because I would love to sit in sometime if you think it would be an asset for your sound. I specialize in providing a backbeat on traditional percussion for acoustic performers so that it enhances rather than overwhelms. It’s all in service to the song. Wow Esther, came across you on you tube by accident, thought you sounded interesting so I ordered your last album. Just got to say its brilliant and I amazed that you are not a household name. I have since got the Dirty Little Fingers album and really hope there is a new album in the pipeline. You are the best new artist I have heard in a long time and just wish I lived in the States to see you play live. All the best from a big new fan in the UK.

Hi Esther, I’m trying to figure out the chords to Too Sweet For Words. I want to play the chorus as a lullaby for a class I run for babies and parents. Do you have the chords to the verse? It is so beautiful!!!
